WELCOME to Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).

This new convenient service allows you to make check deposits directly to any of your Chivaho savings or checking accounts by taking a photo of the back and front of your check with your mobile device. 

Checks deposited before 3 pm will post the same day.  Others made after that time will post on the next business day.  Funds become available after 4 pm.  Please remember funds may be held according to Credit Union Policy.

 Any deposit made over the weekend will post on Monday by 11 am.   In the event the Credit Union is closed on Monday, the deposit will post on Tuesday by 11 am.

Please make sure to endorse your check and write “For Mobile Deposit to Chivaho Federal CU account #________” on the back of the check prior to taking the photo.  All deposits will be reviewed before they post to your account, and any errors or omissions may cause the deposit to be rejected.  Also, be careful to choose the correct account you would like the funds to be deposited.  If you should make a mistake, you can always transfer funds via Home or Mobile banking afterwards.
